1. Welcome to Cryptid Womens Society.  These terms of use are intended to set out guidelines under which the CryptidWomensSociety.com website (“Website”) operates and to allow you to have trust in the safe platform we endeavour to provide for you.
2. These terms of use are the terms on which we offer you access to the Website.  If you choose to browse the Website or make use of any services provided on or through the Website, you accept these terms of use.  
3. These terms of use are subject to change.  Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms of use on this page.  It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms of use.  These terms of use were last updated on 26 Jan 2023.

   1. General information regarding Cryptid Womens Society, our services and our products; and
   2. Specialised courses, Members forum groups, Industry experts database, Digital download library, Livestream events, and any other services and products introduced. 

• Cancelation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your Cryptid Womens Society Membership you can do so immediately by using your members dashboard.  If you encounter any problems doing so, please contact us via email Admin@cryptidwomenssociety.com

• Use of Website

1. Your use of the Website to gather information or to use the Products and Services provided is done at entirely your own risk.
2. The Website contains links to third party websites, navigating you away from the Website.  We have no control and no responsibility for any content contained in any third party website.  By using any of these links, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk.

• Unauthorised Use of Website

1. Any unauthorised use of the Website (including, but not limited to, hacking, use of any robot, spider or any other automated device or process) shall constitute a violation of these terms of use.

• Copyright

1. The Website contains intellectual property that is either owned by or licensed to us.  This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, content, software and graphics.  Reproduction of any intellectual property is prohibited without our express consent.

You may retain a copy of any information or material incidental to your viewing of the Website for your personal reference.  The information or material, or any parts thereof, may not otherwise be used, copied, reproduced, published, stored in a retrieval system, altered or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent.

• Payment

1. Prices will be in the currency indicated when you open an account and include GST or similar where applicable.
2. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, payment for the Products and Services must be made in accordance with the terms of payment set out on our pricing page or as otherwise set out in the information we provide to you.
3. If payment is not received in accordance with those terms, your access to the Products and Services will cease.

1. 1. These terms of use are governed by the laws of New Zealand.  You submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

1. These terms of use represent the entire agreement between you and us.  These terms of use supersede any other agreement made, past or future, that relates to the subject matter contained in these terms of use.

1. “we/us/our” are all references to Cryptid Womens Society/Unhinged Enterprises Limited.
2. “Website” means and includes www.CryptidWomensSociety.com and any page derived from this Website and any page owned by Cryptid Womens Society/Unhinged Enterprises Limited.
3. “Products and Services” means the Cryptid Womens Society membership portal, Courses and digital downloads, videos and audio productions to be used for the benefit of participants to help and support in their learning and journey.

1. Our Privacy Policy
   1. Welcome to Cryptid Women’s Society.  We respect and are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all users who use www.cryptidwomenssociety.com(Website), and who sign-up to the Cryptid Women’s Society accessed through the Website. 

Our Privacy Policy is based on the Information Privacy Principles in the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

   1. We reserve the right to vary this policy at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Website. This privacy policy was last updated on 13th July 2023.

      2. When you input your information into our Service software;

We will not disclose your personal information or any other personal information to any other party unless we are required to do so by law, or with your express consent.

If you agree to use our Website, then any input information that you provide us will be confidential.  We may use this information to provide the Products and Services to you or to continue to improve our Products and Services, but we will not disclose this information to any third party unless compelled to do so by law, or with your express consent.

At any time, we may use the information collected to produce reports, aggregate usage, and summary data which may be shared with a third party or used by Cryptid Women’s Society to better understand how our customers are using our Products and Services so that we may endeavor to make improvements.  This information will not identify any individual personally or any company.
   5. We will not use or disclose your personal information or any other personal information in any way, other than in accordance with this Policy or the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.

We will endeavor to protect all information we collect about you.  The personal information collected is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized Cryptid Women’s Society staff.  All Cryptid Women’s Society staff who have access to personal information will maintain strict confidence at all times.

   1. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Website.  Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather demographic information.

1. Use of Specific Technologies
   1. Cookies are pieces of information that a Website transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes.  Cookies do not identify you personally but do identify your computer. Most web browsers are set to accept Cookies.  We may use Cookies to save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you visit the Website and for other purposes relating to your use of the software through the Website.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to seek access to information that we hold about you and to correct that information if it is incorrect.   You may access, change or request the destruction of information that we have collected about you by placing your request in writing and sending your request to us by:

      2. Letter to 51 Costley Street, Carterton, Wellington, New Zealand, 5713.

1. Upon expiry or termination of the Products and Services term, we will, maintain your information for a period of at least 6 months.  At your request, we will extract any of your information that we hold and deliver the information to you.  
2. Cryptid Women’s Society will only have access to information for the provision of the Products and Services and support of the Products and Services.

1. Links to Other Websites
   1. We may provide links to third party Websites for your convenience and information.  These linked sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.  Before disclosing your personal information on any other Website, we suggest that you review the privacy policy on those websites.

1. User Communications
   1. Cryptid Women’s Society may from time to time send communications to users, such as product information, service updates and regular newsletters. Where appropriate instruction will be provided on how to unsubscribe and opt out of further communications.  Cryptid Women’s Society will immediately remove the user from the communication list.

• Content Posted by You

1. 1. The Website may provide users with services, such as forums and message boards to comment on and rank our services or for other purposes.  All information disclosed using these features is public information and you should exercise caution if you choose to disclose any personal information.  Cryptid Women’s Society is not responsible for any content you post or upload on the Website.

1. Payments 
   1. We use Stripe to process payment of these via the Website.  Stripe keeps all of the details required to process payment and passes that money on to Cryptid Women’s Society. Cryptid Women’s Society does not and will not hold any of your credit card details.  If you are concerned about the security of your credit card details, please view the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies contained on their websites stripe.com

15. Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Our Service is not directed to individuals who are under the age of 18. Cryptid Women’s Society does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. Cryptid Women’s Society does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. 

If you think that your child has provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
